New Associate Onboarding Kit Design

To enhance the onboarding experience for new associates, I developed a comprehensive set of onboarding materials designed to foster a sense of belonging and confidence from day one. The project included a thoughtfully curated welcome package featuring a help guide, branded poster, coaster, and a company tumbler/mug.

The help guide served as a user-friendly resource, empowering new hires to easily navigate their roles, understand company culture, and know exactly where to seek assistance for various tasks. The accompanying branded items—not only provided practical use, but also reinforced our company's identity and values.

I collaborated closely with printing vendors to ensure all materials were produced in a cost-effective way. By analyzing paper stock, printing methods, and production options, I was able to reduce the initial printing and production costs by 35%, while maintaining high quality and brand consistency.

Consistent feedback from new team members highlighted the kit’s effectiveness. Associates reported feeling genuinely welcomed and well-prepared to ask questions and seek appropriate support, accelerating their integration and engagement within the organization.
